Varna is Bulgaria's Sea Capital. The gem of the Bulgarian Black Sea is situated at the end of the big Varna Bay, with a convenient and well conserved water area a port which in years handles up to 18 million tons of cargo. The city's peculiar sea charm is sublime and moving. Ancient, medieval, renaissance and modern cultures mingle and coexist through the city.
Varna lies on the same altitude of the famous Atlantic resorts Bayonne and Biarritz in France, on a large, flat and high terrace on the northwestern most curve of the bay which just some 7km inland. The city occupies some 24sq km, measuring 6km northeast-southwest and is about 4km wide. During the holiday season, July and August, the sunshine allows 10-11 hours of sunbathing. There is nothing of the col Baltic wind or the summer Riviera heat. The city is clean and green. Of the green miracles at least three are a must: the Marine Gardens which are the largest in the Balkans; Euxinograd park, the former Royal Palace; the paradise of St.Constantine.
Pobiti Kamuni (literally "Stones Beaten Into The Ground") has been a spiritual site since time immemorial. In the 1950s, archeologists discovered settlements from the Early Stone Age, not far from this spot. Today, the only thing on which scientists agree is the time period when the stone pillars were formed: during the Eocene, 50 million years ago, when southeastern Europe was indeed at the bottom of the sea. As a result of their long exposure to the elements, they have acquired some fantastic shapes, resembling animals, birds, and people. The area is situated 18 km west of the city of Varna. Dead cockles, sea species, and fossils are constituents of these stones, and of the sands around. Some of the stones have zoomorphic and anthropomorphic profiles. Many of them were place of worship or consecrated grounds during Thracian, Slavonic, and ancient Bulgarian times. Now they are an interesting tourist sight and a place where a lot of historic and adventure films have been made.
Near to this natural stone groups is located the 10 005 sq m plot of land where will be realized the Project. The plan of the construction foresee to be build 8 2-storey houses connected by common complex, restaurant, conferment hall, wine’s museum, wellness center, swimming pool and tennis court.
