The complex

The houses are 2 types – one- and two-family houses. The one-family homes area is 304 sq.m. The two-family homes are mirrory, with separate entrances and a total area 522 sq.m (261 sq.m. each) The apartments and the houses are provided with parking lots or semi–underground garages, which are conformable to the park side.
