MORTGAGE LOANS TO LOCAL AND FOREIGN PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS AND BULGARIAN LEGAL ENTITIES

1. Purpose of the Loan – Purchase of real estate properties in Bulgaria – both off – plan ( at least at rough construction level 0 and fully completed properties.
2. Loan Currency – BGN, EUR, USD
3. Maximum Loan to Value – 70%
4. Repayment – Up to 20 years
5. Fixed Annual Interest rate – 9.9 %
6. Fees:
• 1.5% management fee ( single payment for the whole period of mortgage at commencement of mortgage)
• 20 EUR processing fee
• 120 EUR valuation fee
• Early redemption fee – 4 % charged only in case of re – financing by other bank
7. Security
• A first – ranking mortgage in favor of the Bank on the real estate
• Insurance in favor of the Bank on the real estate
