TERMS OF PAYMENT - 1000EUR deposit

30% of the sales price – at signing the preliminary contract for sale;

20% of the sales price – at finishing of the foundation works of the building;

30% of the sales price – at finishing of the roofing works;

20% of the sales price – at signing the notarial deed;
