The building is with central air-conditioning, there are solar collectors on the roof. There is internal pool, Jacuzzi, fitness, sauna and massage room on the underground floor. The total area of the first building is 1062 sq.m.
The second part of the hotel is bigger, it consists of 27 apartments and 7 rooms. There are minibar, air-conditioner, TV, phone and Internet in every room. The total area of the second building is 1500 sq.m.
