Required fees:

€ 1000 deposit - which is return from the third installment;

€ 450 - Air condition, which is paid with the first installment;

€ 480 - per year maintenance fee;

€ 240 - opening a lot of electricity / water;

€ 105 - advance payment - electricity / water;

€ 1000 - preparation of documents for the notary deed

 

1ST PHASE:

 1.First option:

  - 1st installment  60% by 15th April, 2010

  - 2nd installment 20% by 15th May, 2010

  - 3rd installment 20%  to 30th August, 2010

 2.Second option:

  -  1st installment 30% to 15th April, 2010

  -  remaining amount is deferred for a period of 1 year in equal installments


2ND PHASE:

  - 1st installment = 20% to 5-th February, 2011
 - 2nd installment = 20% by 5-th March, 2011
 - 3rd installment = 20% by 5-th May, 2011
- 4th installment = 30% by 5-th November, 2011
- Final installment = 10% by 31-th July, 2012 

 

30 days after 1 installment you will get a Notary deed.
