Oct 07, 2006:
Property prices in Bulgaria would continue increasing, though th? percentages would b? lower than th? ones registered f?r 2004 and 2005, head ?f th? National Real Property Association (NRPA) Orlin Vladikov said.
Prices would depend ?n th? quality ?f construction work, location and nearby infrastructure, Bulgarian news agency BTA reported.
Only luxurious property in Bulgaria could reach th? price levels in European capitals and resorts, Vladikov said.
In 2005 nearly 250 000 property deals were concluded in Bulgaria. th? upcoming EU entry ?f th? country w?s expected t? play ?n important role in developing th? property market and increasing th? demand f?r office property, real estate agents said.
Central European Real Estate Associations Network (CEREAN) vice-president Eli Moneva said th?t th? prices ?f property would go up but th? net revenue fr?m real estate deals w?s expected t? decrease. th? property return rate ?t th? moment w?s nine per cent but w?s expected t? decrease t? th? regional average ?f six t? seven per cent, Moneva said. Competition and th? higher construction expenses were responsible f?r th? development, she said.
